The Syringe Halo and Necklace are from an old set from a defunct clothing store I used to have called Coeur Noir/Lux Aeterna. It is not available.

Disclaimer: I loved this jacket with the Kishikimono, however, they would not work together without overlapping and poking through. The lower section of the jacket/shirt has been edited to hide that. Both pieces are strong on their own as well.  Gabriel, IMHO, is one of the best designers in SL and I recommend them highly.
